Terms and Conditions of Comment Posting on Threevolve.org

By posting a comment into the WordPress blog system on Threevolve.org, all users hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.

Content

Any comments that are deemed by the management of Threevolve.org to be inappropriate, hostile, or outwardly offensive will be deleted. The offending user's IP address may also be blocked from accessing the site.

Proxy

Comments IPs are regularly screened for open proxies, and IPs with running proxies are banned. This is to prevent ban evasion, and to promote accurate statistic gathering.

Spam / Links

Threevolve.org's management charges a non-refundable fee of $750.00 USD for each link posted in the body of a comment. Links to commerical products and services in comments are considered unauthorized advertisements, and will be treated as such. Anyone wishing to advertise on Threevolve.org must go through the proper channels to do so. This involves directly contacting the management of Threevolve.org to work out an advertisement contract. Anyone who chooses to ignore this statement, and post unauthorized advertisement links in the comments of Threevolve.org will be subject to the link fee.

The link fee is designed to discourage advertisers from posting unauthorized solicitations on Threevolve.org. The process by which Threevolve.org will seek compensation is as follows:

Legal

All users of Threevolve.org are subject to this agreement. By posting a comment on Threevolve.org, all users affirm that they have read and agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions.

This agreement is legally binding to all parties involved, however Threevolve.org may choose to refrain from excercising its rights outlined herein.
